What's the big deal' From: mrblondevol2 Date posted: 5/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I don't understand why everyone keeps complaining. I've lived here 2 years and I LOVE IT! The office staff is EXTREMELY friendly and very responsive. The prices are definitely ample, the apartments are peaceful, my neighbors are a pleasure to live near... I really have no complaints. Our utilities are even kept at a reasonable price. I completely suggest this place to ANYONE looking for apartments. I will say though, the maintenance response time could be better, but they have a full plate as it is... so I can't really complain.
