The positive comments on this page must be from the only 2 or 3 people who actually like this place. Many of the neighbors around us are waiting to move out. The management is a joke...you'd think after several restaffings, they'd get it right, but they can't seem to. Rules are randomly posted but never enforced. We've had to go up to the office several times to get anything fixed...apparently one phone call just isn't enough motivation. Fees keep popping up, including a new one for trash pick-up, when you have to drive your trash all the way down to the bottom of the hill for the dumpster, anyway. When something needs fixing and they actually get around to it, they try to find cheap short-cuts around everything and just end up making it worse in the long run. Incidents happen all the time that require police attention. Horrible. Although the floor space is pretty good, that's about it. Don't be swayed by the enormous 100-gallon bathtub, because the hot water heater only holds 50 gallons at a time. Useless. Stay away.

I agree with you! I thought i was moving away from the ghetto in east nashville to a cozy place in bellevue iwas had!!! I am surrounded by "gangsters" and stinky forieghners that bring Gynormous bugs around!! The kids in this place run wild wont move for cars where are the parents? I aswell have the huge bathtub but have found out i can never take a bath cuz the water turns cold! heres a tip tho boil water and run it upstairs ha last a good 5 min! The people in the office are slow I am wondering if any graduated? Random fees keep popping up till I go to the office and tell them about themselves!! Also a friend of mine moved in here 5 months ago and they have yet to change her rent so she still only pays 250.00 a month she is happy but I pay triple that grrr anyway I wouldnt recomend this place unless you are project!!!
