although I do agree that people ride through and play loud music from time to time, the apartment complex does have some issues, but then again...who doesn't' I haven't experienced any problems with the ofice staff or the maintenence here. just last week, i needed a new toilet put in my master bedroom and it was here in three days. my old complex took 2 months to get anything like that done!!! don't let the reviews fool you! I've lived in at least five different parts of Nashville, and compared to other complexes here, these people don't realize how good they got it!
now, I do have some problems with some of the residents here, but i understand that they have as much of a right to live here as i do, so i'm not complaining. most of my problems that i have with the complex are with the RESIDENTS THEMSELVES, not the company. if they office staff had been rude or uncourteous, that would be one thing, but when you live next door to 4 females that lock each other out and scream profanity at each other, that's a personal problem. things tend to be pretty quiet around here during the day, but i work at night so i'm not sure as to how that's like.
