I have not had these kind of problems that these people are complaining about. They are putting poor ratings on here for things that the complex cannot help. And for things that happen in every complex. People do not get along all the time that is why you hear people yelling. That will happen wherever you live. As far as mainteance, They respond as fast as can be expected. My heat went out they were there in two hours to see what the problem was. I thought that was pretty good. The Children are able to play. We love it here and have only had good relations with management. It is clean. And I have only seen one big bug and it was dead because they do a spray every six to nine mounths which is good. I really enjoy living here. SO if you are looking for a good place to live I would say move here.
