Ok, so this place does kinda suck, but u gotta consider the low rent and HUGE apartments. You cant find a better deal in bellevue. My complaints are : Maintenance sucks, just fix it yourself, it's sooooo never gonna happen.....unless you call like 50 times. or just find a maintenance person in outside, they're always out there cleaning and stuff. Ask them personally and itll get done. Parking OMFG!! WTF' There's NEVER anywhere to park. But I think that's just poor planning on the idiot who built the place. And -------! Wow! Is he just the biggest waste of valuable oxygen ever'''' If i walk in the office and he's there, I just turn around. Not that it makes a difference to him. Actually ask him for something and he just groans and acts like uve f'd up his whole day. They must be really desperate for staff to keep that rude jerk around. Talk to -----, she's nice. I did have a bug problem. I told them and they sent someone to spray that week and that was the end of it. The carpet is cheap and ------ and stains really easy and they dont change it before you move in. that's gross. but the apartments can be nice if you just keep them nice. as far as violence in the home. i dont hang with violent scumbags so im pretty sure noone will stab me in my apartment.
