All the owners of this complex care about is getting you stuck in a lease. Once you sign, expect NO maintenance. Since I moved in 7 months ago, NONE of my many maintenance issues have been taken care of. If you move here, plan on doing all of your own maintenance or hiring a maintenance person do to it. Also, even if you pay your rent on-time, you will receive threatening notices. Their latest reason for not being able to do maintenance on my apartment is that THEY can't locate the key and I MUST within 3 days bring them my key AND if I did not they were going to change my lock and charge ME for it! I made a large mistake by attempting to discuss this issue with the current manager, Karen. She had the audicity to actually accused me of switching out the locks to justify why they made that threat. Also, the weather is warming up. This apartment complex has a Ghetto feel. Last Thursday night was a beautiful warm evening. A LARGE group decided to have a party and, of course, not in their apartment, but in the parking lot. Security began getting calls at 10pm and it was not resolved until AFTER 3am. And, most of the residence have to get up and go to work. I had to work with only about 3 hours of sleep.

I can see Karan responding like that. I lived at 612 amberwood circle and moved out at the end of april 08. we had a disagreement on what i owed at the end of our lease. after a heated discussion she said she would call her boss and see what they could do. she said i had a look like i didnt believe that she would call. i said nope, i dont. she promised she would and 2 months later i received a bill that had about a third of the charges knocked off. staff is horrible.

I live in Bellevue Heights. There is no Karen as a manager and never was. This is totaly diferent appartment complex they are talking about

Karen is the manager and keeps herself in a back office. Maybe you just haven't met her, but she's here. Maybe YOU live somewhere else, but the manager at 1000 Amberwood Circle is Karen. As a matter of fact, I just got a note from her trying to get me to extend my lease here. Also, funny that the lady that posted on 7/16/2008 knows Karen. You just must be new here. You'll soon find out what a nightmare it is to live here. Have you gotten the floating oily substance floating atop the hot water in your tub. I'm out of here in two weeks. ENJOY!!
