The $1 deposit said it all. Only a handful of people speak English. Beer bottles are all over, there is constant jumping and screaming all around. The apartments ALWAYS smell terrible. Magazines and newspapers sit in hallways for a week before someone removes them. The residents often park erratically to the point you have scratches all over your rear bumper. The owners accuse you of missing rent payments 5 or 6 times a year for odd amounts like $45 and then threaten to evict. Hot water inexplicably disappareas for days at a time each month. They are very rude and do not seem to care at all. For the $419 price tag, you could do infinitely better.
