I was at this apt complex for a total of one month and I had enough. The office staff is absolutely terrible. The first night I witnessed a work truck rear in another vehicle and back up, and speed a way, while small children were present. I was promised one thing then given another. The apt had not been cleaned when I moved in. The dishwasher didn't work. Air conditioning was faulty.
I don't know if they do any type of background or credit history checks on any potential renters. They need to clean up the tentants and start fresh. It is a very dangerous place to live regardless of what your race, creed or color.
