if your looking for a fancy apt this is not the place the buildings are old and it dont have a gym or tennis court but After living here i have enjoyed my stay. Maintanance is okay usually is quick and nice and the office staff always seems to change but they are helpful especially a Guy named jose who is very helpful and nice. The parking would be my biggest problem and sometimes noisy cars but other than that I enjoy being here.
