Puh-leeze, Warden

I'd like to know what bonehead wrote the "Warden" review. I've lived at Biltmore for four years and I am, overall, quite satisfied. The Warden?s complaints about inadequate insulation and bad dishwashers may be valid. The notes on the door are a little weird, but they are for a reason: because some of the people here don't have the intelligence not to block each other's cars, park in parking spaces, leave garbage everywhere, etc etc etc, making life a pain in the butt for those of who have a brain. The laundry room note says absolutely nothing about eviction, and is there because someone kept vandalizing the place (forcing removal of our pop machines), not just because non-residents use the washers. And lastly, the apartments are inspected--at the order of the Ghertners, I have heard--for mold, and nothing else, to avoid lawsuits (why do you think they look under the sink'). Get a grip. For the money this place is just fine or I, an intelligent, professionally employed white male, wouldn't be here (and I can afford to live pretty much anywhere in town if I so desire). I have a feeling the Warden wouldn't be happy anywhere.
