My fiance and I looked at over 40 apartments in the Nashville area and decided on Biltmore for its convenient location, amenities, space and value. We had a wonderful experiece and would have stayed there, but had to move out of state for family reasons. Our remodeled 2 bedroom was very spacious and clean, included a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and w/d hook-ups. It was quiet and we never heard our neighbors, but sometimes muffled planes because of the close proximity to the airport (never bothered us though).

The office staff was great and responsible, especially Tammi. They looked out for us and let us send faxes. Apartment inspections include only checking the air filter, sinks for leaks and mildew which is understandable. We never had the feeling that "Big Brother" was watching us. Though, if you have contraband maybe you should move closer to Murfreesboro.

We've never experienced any problems as mentioned on the negative posts. My guess would be they are isolated incidents by a few disgruntled and overly dramatic tenants. The only problem we had was when the chain pull for the toilet broke. We reported it, and it was fixed within an hour.

We can't comment on the laundry facilities since we've never used them. Guests are allowed to use the pool with passes which is a great idea. Do you want all of the kids from outside the complex to come and treat it like a public pool' Of course not.

Trust us, for the money you won't find a better value.
