They are cheap, but the management is sneaky, the area is dangerous, and they could give 2 craps less about you. Just move on or pay a little extra and live somewhere decent. We made the mistake of moving there from atlanta, within 4 months we were breaking our lease and finding a house to rent. Our car was broken into, my $6,000 dollar motorcycle was stolen, and I always saw guys walking through cars in the parking lot just looking for more stuff. When we told management about this they didn't care. They forced us to give up our deposit, pay for 2 months and pay for the difference between "retail" price and the deal they gave us for each month we were there.

This place is a joke, seriously find something else.
