My wife and i lived here for years and had minor problems until an apartment fire in 2007 and when we moved back in it was because the property had a new manager,we thought they seemed nice at first but the nice quickly wore off.

The office staff is rude not helpful at all and the office manager is more elusive than bigfoot!

They tried to blame our apartment leak on my dryer!!!
There is no water in a dryer!!! and then they claimed the maintainence man had come and confirmed it on a saturday but myself and my mother in law were both home all day with my daughter and when i asked the maintainence crew they all said none of them confirmed that,the head of the maintainence crew stated the A/C unit was frozen and the heat from my dryer was causing the ice to melt and that caused the leak okay i can accept that but the A/C unit is not my responsibilty and the A/C was set to 71 not 60!!!So what am I supposed to do just not wash or dry my clothes'

Children were allowed to ride bikes up and down the breezeway knocking over your patio furniture and breaking my wife's garden gnome and nothing was said until my wife and one of the neighbors complained enough to the office then all they did was send out a letter stating the kids couldn't do that which didn't stop it.

i wouldn't recommemd this property to anyone I cared about.

Both mine and my wife's cars were broken into and stolen on several occasions.When my mother in law lived there her car was stolen 3 times in 2 months and the third time they set the engine on fire and all the office staff said was "Security almost caught the ones responsible" i'm sorry but when I have to shell out hundreds of thousands of dollars to replace/rent a car just to get to work....ALMOST DOESN'T COUNT!!!
