My time here has been terrible. The roaches are the least of this place s problems. If you submit a maintenance request, you'd be lucky if they get to it by Labor Day. The management is completely inflexible to the point that they are put-offish. Several cars were broken in to on the street just outside of the apartment building. Every time it rains the laundry room floods. The elevator (c. 1930) craps out at least every two weeks and sometimes it takes them several days to fix it. Finally, if somebody is cooking on your floor, you will know exactly what ingredients they are using.
