I have never lived in Blair house, but I lived in an apartment building managed by the same company. It was the worst renting experience in my life. Bugs, mice, dirty carpet, no laudry facility... I took the sublease from another guy before I moved to Nashville just because I was told the building was very close to my school. If I ever had a look of the apartment before I paid the deposit, I would never never live there. Many of my friends had the experience living in Blair house, but very few of them lived there for more than a leasing period. If you want to keep your dignity, and have some place that you can call a home, stay away from Blair house.
