OMG! I have been there for a little over a year without any problems, then all of my neighbors moved out and have been replaced with much noisier, definitely, less cleaner residents. I called in to complain and found out that the one that is the worst actually works in the main office! I'm talking several of her pet's feces falling onto my porch, double-parking her car every day, loud banging, and of course the barking, at all hours of the day and night. Ugh! Then there's these geese that ---- everywhere. I think I'm the only one in the place that owns and operates a pooper-scooper! I am stuck there because the rent is cheap and I had to move on a dime and it was all that was available at the time, but when this lease is up, I am out! Oh, and the wasp problem is out of control. I have asked that they get an exterminator out several times to no avail. I'm allergic, I could actually die from their negligence. And their maintenance guys might as well be non-existent, I've been waiting for someone to fix my fridge and oven for weeks! I don't think they even write down the work orders. And the laundry facilities are always broken, I could go on and on. I was at least somewhat content there for a few months, but now it feels more like I'm staying at some rent-by-the-hour hotel then a place to live my life comfortably and un-bothered.
