There's a decent chance you just might die

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I lived in Bradford Woods for 9 months. During that time I was nearly killed by a drive by shooting. I saw SWAT teams arresting people while taking out my garbage. There are two recognized Mexican gangs in Nashville and this is turf for one of them. You can see their gang signs etched into the dryer in the laundry room. I recently spent some time in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and I felt the same level of safety in either place. If you do move in here keep a 12 gauge by your bed. A bulletproof vest wouldn't be a bad idea.
The complex originally lured me in with a pretty girl working at the office. She said she lived in the complex, which made me assume that it was a safe place. You know what they say about assumptions.
