(user photo) This is what happened after the kid in the previous photo (white shirt) tried to break down my door. Guess he had too many beers and obviously this wasn't a smart move on his part....the cops showed up next.

I smashed it and spilled water on it so they couldn't sell it later that day. (user photo) What the hell is that black stuff on the wall?!??! I'm a non-smoker, and a VERY clean person...so really what the hell is that?! GROSS!

If you want to call about maintenance 5 times for something to be fixed, Brandywine is your place. If you like living with spiders and crickets, Brandywine is your place. If you like water leaks and your apartment to smell moldy, Brandywine is your place.
