If you are considering renting anywhere you will always come to see that when you live in an apartment complex you will never have complete privacy. Thats just the way it goes. I have lived in Brandywine for nine (9)months now. Well since i put it that way. I have been living in Tennesse just as long. Well anyhow. I have had no formal compaints myself other than the gate. First of all to all who read this. The front gate is NOT a security feature. Thats besides the point. Hello people think with your heads. I have read every single review that was here. Ya the fittness center could use a little help. There are going to be problems anywere you go. Nothing in this world is perfect. Nothing... And when i read this dudes web site. I laughed.. This dude has nothing better to do with his/hers spare time. Get a life..And anoter wrote about there car getting ticked for expired plates. Take it as a gesture. Just think it could have been the LAW issuing you a ticket you had to pay for.. Another talks about the grounds being trashed all the time. Well let me tell you this. It is true due to the fact there are people who just think they can just throw there crap anywere they want. Its not Brandywines fault because someone is a slob. What' Are you to lazy to pitch in and help out. I do, because i live here to for your information... I takes more than one person to make a differance.... No parking.. People there is more parking than you think there is. I cant always park were i want either. So what i have to walk a few extra feet. Stop being so lazy. All that i realy wanted to do was just say that it is not all that bad here. You have to relize that you dont own your own home. So you make do for what you have. And also if you did own your own home you would have to mow the lawn, pick up trash, leaves etc.... Dont make life more difficult than it is people. We must all work as a community.....And yes i would recomend Brandywine to others.. Thank you maintenance and office for being open minded and on time...... Peace be with you all
