Brandywine

 

This is my first apartment.

I just got married and just moved here from phoennix.

Overall i think its pretty good.

The best things are the indoor pool and the covered parking.

Hardly any apartments here have covered parking.

I think that is awesome.

We can here a lot through the walls but it doesnt really bother me.

The rent is good, we only pay $530.

The maintanence people have been great to me.

They fixed my toilet within a half hour of calling.

The helped me jump start my car the other day when i left a light on all night and was going to be late for work.

The grounds look really beautiful to me.

It is so green and i dont ever see any trash.

There are a lot of bugs but thats part of nashville in the spring/summer.

The pools are very clean and nice.

The laundry facility never ruins my clothes and there are always open washers and dryers.

I dont get why people complain so much.

For the price they are great.

The water pressure is good the carpet is clean, the stove works great as well as the dishwasher.

I guess thats about it.
