Apartment living at Brandywine has gotten worse over the past two years.

I moved into the Brandywine Apartment complex in June of 2002, and it was a decent place to live.
Now, however, the quality of people living there has gone downhill, and to make matters worse, the gates to the front NEVER work, so anyone can get in at anytime.
It is no longer a nice, middle-class community to live in.
The exercise room is filthy and the machines in there seldom work.
Maintenance requests get handled on a hit-or-miss basis, and the grounds are kept up on the front entrance only, so as to appear nice to passersby.
The landscaping around the actual apartment homes is either dead, decaying, or otherwise in need of grooming.
I will move out this summer, and if you are a professional person who wants to live around like-minded people, then I do NOT recommend Brandywine to you.
