I have lived here since September of 2003. At the time of renting, I was missing a screen to my bedroom. It took until March of 2004 to finally get one installed so I could open my window. There is also no assigned parking and I have had to park quite a distance away from my apartment and walk in the rain to gain access to my apartment. There should be assigned parking for visitors and overflow so that they don't take up the spots for the renters. The drive and lawns are frequently scattered with food and other debris that the renters tend to throw on the ground. The weight room was/is dirty and the machines don't work half the time. The overall "theme" of the place is dirty. The majority of people that tend to live there seem to be those that don't care about what their place looks like.
