Walls are so thin. I have a bunch of college kids above me. constantly playing music in my son's room. The B. office is telling me that i will have to tolerate it as long as they don't make noise on the outside. too much noise and nobody cares. they are spitting and throwing ashes on my patio. According to B.office i have to prove it first. This is what happens when you don't pay much for your rent. You end up living with some margin.
