Well to get started I am not sure I would recommend Brandywine to someone.

I think the Mgmt staff is good, but they really need to get better maintance people or use Profesional vendors.

The property has great potential! My complaintes are about my A/C.

Which I have called and called about.

It is not adequate enough to "recover" from the hot part of the day, now before anyone sayes he dosen't know what he is talking about.

I am a Professional in that field and I do know what I am talking about.

( 15 years and hold a lic.

in 2 states) So when I observed the staff trying to find the problem I noted quite a few things they were doing WRONG! When I asked them questions that ANY competant tech would know they had no answer granted I did not tell them I knew the correct answers, but that is besides the point.

My point is Call a Pro! You have a tenant that is HOT (to say the least) GET IT FIXED! I was told 3 diffrent thing by 3 diffrent people and NONE of them repaired the problem.

I would just fix it myself but I am not getting paid to do it....matter of fact I am the one PAYING rent!!!
