1) The security gates need to be fixed! I moved here for additional security, but the gates never work. Actually, with so many residents in this complex, they are open so often they might as well not even be installed.



2) The walls are paper thin. There is no privacy. I can hear my neighbors all of the time. I would not have move here had I known that. When will investors and builders of apartment complexes understand that this is often crucial to keeping residents. Because of this, I cannot recommend this complex. Everything else is fine.



3) The maintenance people are a joke. Things need to be fixed twice because they can?t do things right the first time. Management should check their work as well to make sure that it is done properly.



4) On the positive side, the office staff keeps generous hours and are very friendly.



Too many car break-ins, windows smashed, and tires punctured at this complex. There are no security people employed to watch over the complex.
