At first I was super excited to move in. The earthy complex is very pleasing to the eyes. But about a month inside and the crap starts pouring from the faucets. Literally. Everytime that you first start the water at the complex a large amount of black dusty substance comes out of the bathtub faucet. I am not talking about regular dust, I am talking about eraser sized flakes of some strange black substance that stains the tub after every shower. I couldn't even get it off with bleach or any cleaner, I had to use paint thinner. I complained several times and they said that they need to change the pipes, but never seemed to get around to it. I just wonder what came out of the kitchen faucet...I bought jug water. Yuk. And the dishwasher never cleaned my dishes, I swear to you that they came out dirtier than when I put them in there and it broke over half of my glasses! Not cheap ones either! I also found centipedes in the bathroom and roaches. I was estatic when my lease was up because now there is way too many rough people living there, they have no standards at all. And yes they do cram 20 people in a one bedroom apartment. The walls are NO MORE THAN PAPER. It is truly ridiculus!!!! The grounds have always appeared freshly mowed and clean to me, no problem there. And the pools are nice. Who cares about the gate, you know. I was glad when it was broken, more hassle than it is worth. The staff is very friendly and that is the only reason I continued to stay. However, do not get yourself into this trap. I am telling you it is not sanitary. It isn't worth the headache for 50 bucks cheaper a month.
