I have lived at Brandywine for over 2 years the staff has been very profesional and prompt when i have had any request.

I do notice alot of people throw trash down in the parking lot all the time makes you wonder how they live i see the staff always picking up the trash that people throw down all the time.

It is not the Ritz but it is nice and well kept and it is the people that live there that make it what it is.
