(user photo) This is what happened after the kid in the previous photo (white shirt) tried to break down my door. Guess he had too many beers and obviously this wasn't a smart move on his part....the cops showed up next.

I smashed it and spilled water on it so they couldn't sell it later that day. (user photo) What the hell is that black stuff on the wall?!??! I'm a non-smoker, and a VERY clean person...so really what the hell is that?! GROSS!

Brandywine is a peaceful community, and a good location. The staff has always been good to me. Never had a problem. Maintenance is timely and friendly. One of the office girls even fed my turtles while I was out of town.
