I just moved in a few weeks ago, the staff is VERY nice and helpfull over the phone when deciding on a place to live.
The grounds are pretty nice, but need to be mowed more often...havent found any roaches or anything like that.
The apartment itself is ok, nothing too special.
Neighbors that I have met are very nice, but the walls are pretty thin.
The "security gate" IS a joke, I have never seen it closed, or working.
The work-out room is also a joke- HOT and very SMALL.
I am only here for a little while, and I am glad......nowhere I would want to reside longer than a few months.
