I just moved to Nashville, and after looking at many apartment complexes, Brandywine seemed like a nice, affordable place to live.

When I toured the place I was given one picture of it, but as soon as I moved in that picture went terribly wrong.

The first day I moved in the maintenance guys had to come and fix half a dozen things that should have been fixed before I moved in.

I live on the bottom floor, and the noise has been awful.

I am a student and need to get as much as sleep as possible, but the people who live above me make this impossible by stomping around til 4 in the morning.

Someone in the office told me that there is concrete between the apartments but this can't be true with all the noise I hear every night.

The "fitness center" is little more than a few mahcines in the process of breaking down that never work properly.

Many people who live in the community are somewhat sketchy.

I am so glad I'm only living here for 6 months - I'd rather spend 200 bucks more a month to live somewhere that is actually pleasant!
