for starters, you can hear every move made by both sides of neighbors.
these walls are paper thin.
parking is the worst.
although it wouldnt be so bad if some one bedroom tenants didnt squeeze 8 people into the apt.
management has done nothing to correct this even after repeated complaints.
the appliances are so outdated.
i dont bother using the dishwasher.
i got tired of replacing broken dishes.
there is also no cable jack or phone jacks in the bedrooms.
so plan on using the bedroom for nothing other than sleeping.
the weightroom isnt much use either.
most of the machines are broken.
the butterfly machine hangs up right in the middle of a rep.
the front gate is a waste.
it should be removed altogether.
the car wash area also needs to be updated.
i dont bother with it anymore.
the hoses dont reach the back of your car.
if you want to wash the back half you have to wash the front, then turn the car around.
thats when the hoses are available.
most of the time they're full of holes where you cant use them unless you feel like taking a bath yourself.
