Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005

I have lived at Brandywine for over two years and during that time I have lived in two different apartments. I have NEVER experienced any of the problems I have read about on here so far. There was one time I had a pest control issue and they took care of it within a matter of days. The front office staff is friendly and has always been willing to help me out when I have problems.
Even now, they are doing renovations which although a little disruptive if you're around during the day, have made the place look a lot nicer.
Things may not be perfect here but you know what' We pay some of the lowest prices in this area. Shop around and see for yourself.

This post was made by someone in the front office by direction of the owner. I think it is safe to say that just about everything positive posted here (what little there is) is produced by the Brandywine team in response to the many legitimate concerns that have been posted here by real people living in the complex. Don't be fooled by the 2-3 positive remarks that have been springled in with the truth. The fact of the matter is that Brandywine os not any cheaper than any of the other apartment complexes in the surrounding area. Edmonson Pike is called "apartment row" for a reason. Just about any of them are better and just as innexpensive as Brandywine. It should also be noted that Brandywine is facing several lawsuits at the moment. I know this as fact. Don;t get suckered into living in this dump. Take the comments on this website for what they are worth. 75% of the people who have lived there have regretted it. Please don't help contribute to that number. Let the complex continue to be occupied by the drug dealers and low class trash that has been inhabiting it for years now. Maybe if people do that, the apartments will be forced to sell to new ownership and we can someday have a decent set of apartments for people who need it. In the mean time, my advice is to stay as far away as possible. Clearly, any apartment complex that has a list of negative reviews like this one is not worth living in. |
