Very friendly place to live.

I leased at Brandywine a few months ago without seeing this website and I'm very glad I did.

If I would have seen this website, I would not have rented my apartment at Brandywine and I would have been made a big mistake.

I walk for exercise every night and have enjoyed the spacious grounds at Brandywine and have NEVER felt threatened by any residents or anyone while walking.

There is often other people out riding bikes, walking dogs, and in general it is a very friendly community.

The grounds are beautiful with large trees that I love.

My husband and I live in the back and are often gone for the weekend.

We have had no security problems, nor bugs.

There does seem to be an abundance of pets, but this is acceptable to us as we have a cat and appreciate a community that allows pets.

It just adds to the overall friendless of the place.
