(user photo) This is what happened after the kid in the previous photo (white shirt) tried to break down my door. Guess he had too many beers and obviously this wasn't a smart move on his part....the cops showed up next.

I smashed it and spilled water on it so they couldn't sell it later that day. (user photo) What the hell is that black stuff on the wall?!??! I'm a non-smoker, and a VERY clean person...so really what the hell is that?! GROSS!

I currently live here and I am waiting for my lease to be up or to have a good enough reason to break the lease. I live on the first floor and I have had bug problems and I can hear EVERYTHING that the girl above me does at all times of the day. Many of my maintenance issues have become reoccurring problems as they don't come to fix it when I first call or they come, "fix it" to the point that it really needs fixed again. Good location, decent price, but I cannot wait to get out!
