(user photo) This is what happened after the kid in the previous photo (white shirt) tried to break down my door. Guess he had too many beers and obviously this wasn't a smart move on his part....the cops showed up next.

I smashed it and spilled water on it so they couldn't sell it later that day. (user photo) What the hell is that black stuff on the wall?!??! I'm a non-smoker, and a VERY clean person...so really what the hell is that?! GROSS!

Spiders galore!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
We have lived at Brandywine for about 7 months and have seen at least 15 brown recluse spiders. There is no real way to get rid of them, and that was told to me by a pest control person. Look at some images of brown recluse spider bites! Please look around first. The rent is the lowest because the quality is the lowest. I have always hated it here. We are moving this week.
