The office staff/management is laughable.
Ashley, Richard, and LaShanda are lacking professionalism.
Rude and impolite is a good way to describe their management.
They never want to help solve a problem because why would that be Brandywine's fault or responsibility!
Noise is a serious problem.
The construction is ridiculous.
Yes the fixtures and appliances are cheap and very old.
The insulation is laughable.
I have giant brown spiders everywhere in my apartment but according to staff that is normal in Nashville, TN.
