(user photo) This is what happened after the kid in the previous photo (white shirt) tried to break down my door. Guess he had too many beers and obviously this wasn't a smart move on his part....the cops showed up next.

I smashed it and spilled water on it so they couldn't sell it later that day. (user photo) What the hell is that black stuff on the wall?!??! I'm a non-smoker, and a VERY clean person...so really what the hell is that?! GROSS!

Pathetic Construction and Absurd and discourteous office staff/management

The office staff/management is laughable. Ashley, Richard, and LaShanda are lacking professionalism. Rude and impolite is a good way to describe their management. They never want to help solve a problem because why would that be Brandywine's fault or responsibility!
Noise is a serious problem. The construction is ridiculous. Yes the fixtures and appliances are cheap and very old. The insulation is laughable. I have giant brown spiders everywhere in my apartment but according to staff that is normal in Nashville, TN.
