Brandywine

 

I have lived here for 18 months and have now moved out.

Brandywine has some positives and negatives.

When I moved in during the summer, I did have a problem with roaches for like 3 months really bad.

I had them spray several times, and I was as well.

I always kept my apt.

clean, and still see bugs from time to time, which I really didn't like at all.

One plus, is that I lived on the bottom floor and had no problem with theft and always felt safe.

You can hear lots of noises from the apt.

above you, but nothing that was outrageous and redundant on a daily basis.

I lived at the bottom of the complex, away from the majority of the residents, and haven't had any problems with noises outside.

I enjoy the covered parking in the winter.

That is another good thing.

I'll say regarding the dryers in the laundry room, half of them never work, and it is irritating.

I haven't had to get many things fixed, but when I did the maintenance staff had them fixed in a timely manner.

The staff has changed a lot within the time I've lived here, and haven't had any problems with them, although some could be more friendly.

Also, the location is convenient.

So, in a nutshell Brandywine isn't my favorite place, but I felt safe.

I am ready for a change though.

You should not expect your deposit back, they are stating I owe money, which I'm not happy with, since I've been a great resident.

I don't feel they are treating me right at the end; therefore, I'm not recommending Brandywine to future residents.

It does have it's positives, but I'm glad I've left.
