i moved into brandywine apartments in sept 2007. i only stayed in my 2 bedroom for 6 months and then i transfered into a 1 bedroom. my first impression wasnt bad. when i transfered apartments they didnt fine me for ANYTHING and i left the apartment in pretty good condition(these are OLD CRAPPY apartments). but then i moved into the 1 bedroom and i had rugs all over the carpet and took really good care of the place since i lived there alone. the resident below me had a brown recluse infestation. and now that i have moved out (i lived there paying 75.00 dollars extra in rent for 3 months after my lease expired) they are charging me 377.22 dollars in fees!!!! that is insane! i cleaned that apartment when i left and TRUST me! these apartments there is NO WAY there could be that much in fees! so when considering living here know this... you may save a little money by living in a piece of crap but you will pay for it in the end!!
