Hello. I have been living at Brandywine for almost 3 years now. When I originally moved in I only planned to be there for 9 months. Three years later I'm still there. At times I have gotten aggerivated by things, but there also have been things I've enjoyed.

The things I do not like about Brandywine are the following:
- the office staff always seem a bit spacy no matter who is working there.
- We pay for everyone elses water - not our own out of our complex.
- We pay $3.95 a month for the billing system they decided to use.
- I own a dog and walk around the complex consistently. I am always AMAZED at all the trash that is thrown out of peoples car windows all the time. Staff do go around and try to pick-up, but it doesn't all get picked up.
- I get tired of hearing rednecks at the pool.
- There is dog poo everywhere! Some of us dog owners do pick-up regularly!
- I've had some bugs in my apartment.

Things I enjoy about Brandywine:
- I have meet so many really nice residents that are just like myself. They are kind and fun and mean no harm and are just living there like myself. There are plenty of good people there.
- It is very woodsy and pretty and almost relaxing at times.
- The maintance staff are great! They always fix what is needed in a prompt matter. They are also very friendly and always say hi to me when I'm out walking my dog.

Overall I've enjoyed my stay there. The rent is a bit cheaper. I do not consider the place a dump - there are much worst complexes in the area. I do not consider it pristine either - it is average and ok.
