I've only lived here for 2 months, and someone has tried to break into my car 3 times, and are breaking my drivers side window to try and steal my car!!!!! I've lived in major cities before, and have never had an issue like this! Main thing that bothers me is when i first found out the staff acted like it was no big deal, and told me to fill out an incident report, second time i called the cops, and they were driving by in their little golf cart when the cop was doing finger prints on my car with glass spread every where, and at first did'nt even stop, but turned around, and tried to be sincere ha fake, and told me again oh fill out and incident report. I told them i'm not even going to bother! The third time my drivers side window was busted out during the middle of the day!!!!!!! In broad day light when the maintenance man knocked on my door to tell me my car window was broken out, and totally did'nt act like he cared, or that it was a big deal! I was heated!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean i know they can't do much, and it's not their responsibility, but talk about no security once so ever!!! I mean broad day light where the hell were the maintenance men, or anyone for that matter!!!!!!!! Also i agree with the other reviews they seem like they are always trying to rip you off, and they are dingy!!!!!

I don't understand alot of the complaints. My car was stolen out of the parking lot, but why would I blaim the complex. Who would I blaim if I lived in a house? Nobody can guarantee that bad things won't happen to you. I live in the 32 building at Brandywine and have lived there for 2 1/2 years and I love it. My apartment is a good size and maintanance has responded to any issues I have had. I am so tired of people just b***ching because they don't like their rent amount. Go live somewhere cheaper and see if you get a better area.
