Brandywine

 

I have lived here with my husband for 11 months.

Since day 1, we've had problems.

The wood on our deck was rotten, our bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way (no privacy!), our front door has large gaps around the seals so we have drafts, and the water had excessive amounts of carbon that comes out.

It took 3 weeks to get the bathroom door and deck fixed.

Nothing was done to the front door or water.

Our hot water heater went out a few months later, and it took 8 days for it to be fixed.

We had no hot showers, nor could we use the dishwasher for 8 days.

There was a fire in a nearby building at least 3 months ago, and they have yet to start fixing them.

There has been a robbery at gunpoint, cars broken into, and numerous police/fire calls.

The month we got married, we received numerous wedding gifts that were delivered to the office to hold for us.

There were 4 times that they misplaced a package and I would have to wait until they could find it in the office.

The manager is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with.

The maintenance rides around on golf carts or sits in a cluster of golf carts and drink coffee.

I have lived in 5 apartments on my own or with my husband, and never had so much go wrong.
