So I've only been here a month or two and it's true what you are reading.
I decided to get a floor level apartment instead one upstairs because I had a washer and dryer.
Well, let's just say I can hear EVERY move the person above me makes.
I've stayed in apartments before so I can tolerate a noise every now and again but in this one its insane! You feel like you have no privacy.
You can hear the person walking/their tv/any noise outside the apartment.
They are side up right beside each other so you can hear any noise that is going on outside your neighbor or anything like that.
In addition to the noise problem let's just say they aren't "customer focused" they only care about the money they are getting.
