(user photo) This is what happened after the kid in the previous photo (white shirt) tried to break down my door. Guess he had too many beers and obviously this wasn't a smart move on his part....the cops showed up next.

I smashed it and spilled water on it so they couldn't sell it later that day. (user photo) What the hell is that black stuff on the wall?!??! I'm a non-smoker, and a VERY clean person...so really what the hell is that?! GROSS!

So I've only been here a month or two and it's true what you are reading. I decided to get a floor level apartment instead one upstairs because I had a washer and dryer. Well, let's just say I can hear EVERY move the person above me makes. I've stayed in apartments before so I can tolerate a noise every now and again but in this one its insane! You feel like you have no privacy. You can hear the person walking/their tv/any noise outside the apartment. They are side up right beside each other so you can hear any noise that is going on outside your neighbor or anything like that. In addition to the noise problem let's just say they aren't "customer focused" they only care about the money they are getting.
