Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
I lived at Brentwood Downs for 4 years. I LOVED it for the 1st 3 when the office staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. The manager (I know I can't name names ) but he was wonderful! And the girl who worked there for years I think moved to another state. Now the customer service has gone out the window! Instead of a smile and good conversation, you get a scowl from the new (horrible) manager and sent on your way. If they had their former staff, I would tell everyone to move in there. Now, I would not tell my worst enemy to experience the horrible management they have in place. What a shame. I thought I would live there at least a couple of more years.....
Bye Bye Brentwood Downs. I'm sure there are SEVERAL people behind me.
It is still a very beautiful complex though, especially considering the age.
