I've been living w/in the Brentwood Downs community for a few months, and honestly, I feel like my decision was a huge mistake.
My main grievance is with the management, who seem rude, uncaring, and entirely uncooperative. The neighbors are nice, however, you get the same impression from a majority of people who live there that management needs a swift change in order to save BD's reputation. (or that is the impression I get after talking to people who have lived there 5 years.)
I can't wait till my lease is up, I would only suggest moving into this complex if you enjoy constant hassling, threats, and overall interference in your daily life.
