I am amazed that alot of people at this apartment complex can actually see this place falling apart. Unfortunately, I hate that the existing residents have to still experience it.

I lived here briefly but quickly moved out due to the OVERWHELMING BROWN RECLUSE SPIDER situation that is infested into MANY apartments INCLUDING EFFECTING MANY OF MY NEIGHBORS. I had collected over 35 spiders in a 6 month timeframe mainly behind my bed in my bedroom using sticky traps - which you actually HAVE to ASK for continuously. I would take the spiders to the office in ziplock bags with the traps and show them to the office staff and they would say "Oh, we will tell pest control to spray your apartment AGAIN". They usually spray once a month and just walk right into your apartment. However, the apartments are NOT being sprayed all at once to completely exterminate the spiders and they migrate from one apartment into another. I asked to move into another apartment and they said they would have to run another credit check on me and I would have to pay another NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE of $300.00 even though this is THEIR PROBLEM AND NOT MINE. I find it WRECKLESS that they just DON'T care about how THEIR PROBLEMS effect their "VALUED" tenanents. I could not sleep at night knowing that spiders have also been found in my bed when I would pull the covers back at night to go to bed. These spiders will ROT your skin if they bite you. It is a MASSIVE health issue that is just blown off. I had stated to the office staff that I wanted to terminate my lease due to this and they initially wanted to make me responsible for ALL the termination FEES until I IMMEDIATELY contacted the Regional Manager at Mid America Properties in Memphis - Ms. Sharlene Inman which was VERY nice and glad help out in any way she could. I just wished that her attitude and support would embody the rest of the management staff that is in place there now. The place NEEDS a management overhall and put staff in place to make MUCH NEEDED changes to the issues and conduct themselves in a more SUPPORTIVE and PROFESSIONAL manner.

Sara the incredibly ARROGANT leasing manager is a "know it all and a can't be wrong type". She is ALL perky about gorging the paperwork for you to sign for the lease and collect your fees and QUITE dismissive when it comes to relevent questions & issues about the complex. She is VERY RUDE and ABRUPT.

**IN A NUTTSHELL - THE PLACE IS FALLING APART - THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND FEE HUNGRY - THE RENT IS TOO HIGH FOR ALL THE HELL YOU GO THROUGH - THE RENOVATIONS ARE WITH FAUX WOOD LAMINATE - FAUX GRANITE IMITATION WOOD IN THE KITCHEN & BATHROOM - UGLY NEW WHITE APPLIANCES [I WAS TOLD BEFORE I MOVED IN THAT THEY WERE GOING TO BE STAINLESS STEEL AND WEREN'T AFTER I MOVED IN] - THEY JACK UP THE PRICES TO MAKE YOU PAY FOR THEIR CHEAP RENOVATIONS - THEY CALL THEIR UNRENOVATED APARTMENTS "TRADITIONAL APARTMENTS" AND LEAVE OLD APPLIANCES IN THE BREEZEWAYS FOR DAYS WHILE RENOVATIONS ARE TAKING PLACE**

***Also the last week I was there, I had a sticky trap behind my bed and in the middle of the night I heard a LOUD squeek. I turned on the light and I caught a brown mouse ... I threw it away because the management staff wouldn't have gave a DAMN about that either. I am HAPPY to have left and FORCE is how you deal with these people and fight tooth and nail with them when they are WRONG and WRECKLESS!
