I lived in Brentwood Downs for 1 year. I love the location and how hidden from the main road the complex is. I enjoyed living there. Yes, the gate was always broken, but stupid cars would always break the gate by running through it. I am a female who lived there by myself, took lots of walks in the neighborhood and walked to do laundry. I never felt unsafe. The only complaint is the thin walls. You can hear everything through the walls.
