I have lived here at Brentwood Downs for a good while now. If it were not for lease terms, I would have left after the first month!
The staff is rude, arrogant, disrespectful and just plain tacky. The property is LOUD, and it seems that the staff does not care about this at all.
For example, Bldg #4 has some tenants that are young, smart-assed kids that think that it is appropriate to party on their balcony at all hours of the night and morning. They ALSO play their car stereos TOO LOUD and think that this is acceptable. It is not.
I have asked the staff to remedy this, and they do not.
As for the unit itself... Falling apart, mold, bad carpet, and not long ago... BROWN RECLUSE SPIDERS GALOR!!!!! I caught six myself in ONE DAY!!!! They sent some half-assed pest company out here that was in and out in less than 10 seconds.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE!
