My wife and I lived in Brentwood Downs for 3 1/2 years and we are sad to be moving. We never had one problem with management or the maintenance people. Sarah was always a pleasure to deal with and the utmost professional. She is one of the best apartment managers we have ever dealt with.
Whenever we needed anything repaired or even replaced they would be there that day or the next.
We will truly miss Sarah, Lauren, and the rest of the office staff at Brentwood Downs. This was one of the best places we ever lived and we have lived in 5 different states in ten years, so we are experienced movers.
We lived in the 100's building and had very nice neighbors and the building was quiet and safe. The area is also convenient to grocery stores and shopping centers.
I highly recommend this complex. You will not be disappointed in living there.
In case anyone is wondering: I am not related, dating, or married to anyone there, or have ever been employed by Brentwood Downs. Just a very satisfied resident who enjoyed his time there.
