We have lived here for going on a year i have seen over 20 brown recluse spiders, all of which were found in the bathroom (in the shower)in the bedroom and also in the kitchen. We asked them to come out and spray...it took 5 months before the started to get this problem under control, however we still them here and there.
Next would be the windows were so drafty in the winter that ice would form in the inside of the window seal. From there we had a leaky roof, and several toilet problems in both bathrooms. Next to add insult to injury we had items taken out of apartment while we were not in town by one of the maintenance guys here. not to mention peoples mail was being stolen and the gates are so inconsistent as far as staying closed.
Which brings me to wrap up this year of BS is that the leasing agents are horrible. They are rude, non efficent, and dont care at all about you once you sign the paperwork to move in this dump. Do like the title says...drive as fast as you can in the other direction!!!
