I've lived here for a while and I have to relocate for my job. I don't want to move because I have it made here. The location is great, the rent is reasonable and the maintenance guys are awesome! The leasing team is even helping me find a place to relocate so that I can save some money on my fees for breaking my lease! I have to say that while I was searching for an apartment, I noticed that most apartments had bed reviews. This had led me to believe that either all the apartments sucked or only the disgruntaled people posted comments! Since Brentwood Downs has been such a good place to live I decided to post an accurate comment. If your looking for a nice apartment, reasonable rent and good maintenance, you should try them!

Of course all the disgruntal people are going to post their comments here. You may think this god foresaken place is all wonderful, but then again you probably have not been the one living in a brown recluse ridden apartment for a year, dealing with leaking ceilings, drafty windows and poor customer service. So which leads me to believe that you are someone that works for this place and posted "anonymous" positive ratings to boost the score of this rotten place!!
